I must admit, when I was looking for a trainer, I didn't want to work with the opposite sex. I was self conscious and was worried about what they would think, but when I met Shane, all of that went out of the window. Shane makes you feel comfortable, there's always tons to talk about and things are never awkward. I've had a few personal trainers in the past but I've never been pushed or trained the way Shane does. Every session, he trains with different techniques, it's always something new and challenging. He's motivating, he pushes you to new extremes that you never knew you could reach -- he keeps you on your toes, for sure! You'll see the results you've been wanting. I definitely would recommend Shane to anyone who's looking.

When I first started training with Shane, I knew I wanted to get in shape. I wasn’t happy with where I was from a fitness perspective and knew that with the start of Covid, if I didn’t do something now the isolation was really going to take a toll on me in all aspects. I needed a trainer to hold me accountable and just knowing I had to show up for training 4 days a week with Shane did just that. I started training with him in April (2020) and come June I made the decision to train for my first ever bodybuilding/bikini competition. What a taxing process, but with Shane’s help and reassurance I was able to get up on that stage in November (2020) confident and in the best shape I’ve been in years, if not ever and I’m 35. There are no excuses, except for the ones continually made for yourself, but Shane is a no bullshit kind of guy and it was obvious he only wanted you there if you wanted to be there, and I respect that in a trainer. But if you do show up, prepare to be pushed to your best. And that’s what I got! Thank you Shane!!
