He will work with you one-on-one to help maximize your workouts, improve form, and stay motivated. GROUP FITNESS
In addition to individual training, Shane also offers Group Fitness. This is a great affordable option for those who want to optimize their training in a small group in Shane’s studio. You will still receive individualize support you need to meet your fitness goals. Shane will spend time with you one-on-one during the Group Fitness session. FAT LOSS + TONING

I tailor my meal plans and workout plans for my clients to help them correct muscle imbalances, bad posture, to increase their energy, increase BMR, flexibility, and strength. My philosophy is to teach the right way and healthy way without screwing up your metabolism. If you follow my direction there is nothing you can't accomplish. I enjoy teaching and motivating my clients to be at there best mentally and physically.
